Added a new exchange to the Qubic static json.

This exchange will be new-user friendly, and have many conveniences to its users that make it enjoyable to use.

The content of the PR looks good, however the approval will be put on hold until we receive feedback from Apple on the approval of the 2.0.0 version.

• Description: Please use neutral, factual language instead of marketing terms like "premier" or "leading"
• Conflicts: There are currently merge conflicts. Please provide the new descriptions (all languages) here and I'll make the changes for you.
• iOS: Do you have an exchange license? Without one, we'll need to exclude this from iOS
