Software Engineer | Backend, DevOps & Front-End Integration

🧭 About Me Hi! I'm Rafael Witt, a software engineer from Brazil passionate about building arquiteturas escaláveis, resilient APIs, and automated pipelines bridging data, infrastructure, and user experiences. I specialize in backend systems, event-driven architectures, CI/CD automation, and composable front-ends, with a strong focus on clean architecture, performance, and automation. I strive to create systems that are observable, testable, and easily extensible.

🛠 Current Work 🧩 Fluidra WebCore — Multistore Replatforming Leading the replatforming of sites Zodiac & AstralPool (Austrália) under the Fluidra group umbrella using Contentful (CMS headless) and Alokai (front-end composable). The MVP delivers a cohesive multistore experience with Home, PDP (product detail pages) featuring specs/CTAs, Dealer Locator (via Beweb), Warranty Registration redirect (Salesforce), initial Calculators replication, basic Support section, and global components (header/footer/navigation). Current roadmap includes URL taxonomy finalization, Premium PDPs, unified calculator frameworks, migration of Dealer Locator to SaaS (Locally), and building a centralized Knowledge Hub. The goal: a single global content base ensuring performance, scalability, and local content autonomy.

🧩 DKTOneCatalog — Integration Platform Completed a robust integration platform consolidating and synchronizing product and SKU data across internal systems feeding multiple business destinations. Features include catalog automation, distributed rate limiting, resilience, and full traceability with strict governance. Built on AWS Serverless: Lambda (Node.js 22 + TypeScript), SNS, SQS (STANDARD/FIFO), EventBridge, DynamoDB (Dinamoose ORM). Integrates REST APIs and Kafka streams, with operational excellence via Datadog observability, DynamoDB idempotency patterns, optimistic concurrency, and controlled redrive processes.

🌐 Composable Web Platform Contributing to a global initiative unifying brand websites leveraging headless CMS + composable front-end architecture. Built with Next.js and React 18, aligned to design tokens and GraphQL APIs for dynamic content, including multi-locale support with Next-Intl and SSR optimizations.
