Group Organizer python script

this project has been made to making random groups in a set of names. in two ways; 
#first way: every group has a complete set of members, and those who ramain will join the first goups or the other ones.
#second way: we will have a set of complete groups which has a maximum number of members, and those who remain will be in the same group.
