HTMLのlang属性を優先するようにLocalizationManagerを変更。 これにより、localStorageに古い英語設定が残っていても、 HTMLに指定された日本語が表示されるようになる。 修正内容: - ensureCorrectDefaultLanguage()メソッドを追加 - HTMLのlang属性とlocalStorageの値が異なる場合、HTMLの値を優先 - 初回訪問時およびページ更新時に日本語が確実に表示される
