Simplifies handling the different resume modes and unhandled error modes. To throw exceptions on process failures, just initialize fenix with resume mode THROW, instead of NO_JUMP and registering an exception-throwing handler.
This PR also removes some commented out dead code and initializes some more
fenix_rtvariables in thefenix_rtstruct directly.
