The addition of Add-GroupPolicyConfigurationsAssignment. Allowing the ability to assign a single target group to the newly imported policy. This function uses $GroupPolicyConfigurationID generated when the policy is initially imported. Plus the '$targetgroupid' which needs to be specified (mandatory parameter)
