Update the minimum versions allowed in the app, so that older nodes are disconnected. This ensures all nodes have the same collateral and reward values.

Hey @vish3vs - I think this might be needed before the next collateral update at block 150,000 to avoid 70006 and 70007 nodes disagreeing on the masternode rewards |
