This PR updates the Staking challenge to be Crowdfunding. It also adds the upcoming Oracle challenge to the extensions list. This can be merged whenever though we will need to make sure the challenges are able to use the latest version of create-eth. Otherwise we should edit the READMEs of those two to explicitly not use the shortcut until they are updated.
Please merge and include this in the next release.
