- Updated the GitHub Actions runner from ubuntu-20.04 to ubuntu-latest due to deprecation.
- Added the --allow-dirty flag to the dist command to handle manual workflow modifications.
- This is a temporary workaround until cargo-dist officially supports the new runner.
