I'll need to do some quick checks on this, originally I didn't write tests because several of the APIs I used ( such as Blobs ) weren't supported in Jest. I probably know enough to get around such issues today if I need to, but it would be nice if it just worked |

Adds a simple test that calls into crc32 and adds configs to make testing in typescript work with jest
