In general i wanted to be able develop on a specific development Project while the Production should still work as usual. Therefor i created two options in the configuration 'limit_to_projects' and 'ignore_projects' where someone can just put in the respective projects in a comma delimited list and those projects would be ignored or the event daemon would listen to only those projects.
Any optimisations are welcome.
