Without this change, after removing a modulation source with K3 using the SYSTEM > MODS > MATRIX user interface, the target was still being affected by the last modulation value of that source.
Additionally, this change resets the mod source after it's no longer in use anywhere. Otherwise the LFO kept its last value which showed up hanging in the UI.
