feat(fe): use tab on statistics

Description

1. 유자차의 statistics 개발을 위해 기반(?)을 마련해놓았습니다. 각자의 페이지에서 작업을 해야하므로 페이지를 새로 생성했습니다.
2. 탭의 디자인을 피그마의 디자인에 맞게 수정했습니다.(NaviTab 컴포넌트) - @minngyuseong 탭 디자인만 확인해주시면 감사하겠습니다!
3. 기존의 통계 페이지 링크를 지웠으니 따로 저장해주세요~ 링크
4. console.log를 몰래 넣었는데... next 이미지 외부링크 허용 문제 때문에 넣었습니다.. 곧 지울테니 넘어가주세요 ㅎ..ㅎ
5. 아 그리고 statistics에 플로우키트 색을 쓰길래 tailwind.config.ts에 추가했습니다.
