Removed BSD-2-Clause-Patent license text because nothing in /firmwareblob is actually under that license. Rather, each folder contains a copy of a proprietary license that applies to the binary being offered. So, I replaced license text with guidance to look for relevant license information in individual folders.

This License file was added just to meet the OpenSSF requirement to have a license file. I am ok to replace it. Please add Signed-off-by in the commit message. |
