Added a new menu item "Entry Form" to the Smalruby Koshien menu that links to https://smalruby-koshien.netlab.jp/entry-form.html. This makes it easier for users to find the application page. Changes: - Added handleClickKoshienEntryForm method to MenuBar - Added Entry Form MenuItem to Koshien menu section - Added translations for "Entry Form" in English, Japanese, and Hiragana Fixes #456
- Added 'noopener,noreferrer' to window.open() for the Smalruby Koshien entry form link to improve security and privacy. - This prevents the destination site from accessing the editor window and prevents tracking via the Referer header.
