- Added MESH_CONNECTION_TIMEOUT_MS, MESH_DATA_UPDATE_INTERVAL_MS, MESH_EVENT_BATCH_INTERVAL_MS, and MESH_HOST_HEARTBEAT_INTERVAL_MS to .env.example and webpack.config.js

Add missing Mesh v2 configuration parameters to .env.example and webpack.config.js. This ensures consistency with the recent changes in scratch-vm.
