there is several changes

1. Changes on leet censor check
2. Fix constructor for default data
3. Fix censor check data if setDictionary and addDictionary is triggered. Reset censor check
4. Restructure dictionary data
5. Make few new test function
6. Add gitignore for .idea
7. Change on readBadWord function. instead of throw exception, just return empty array
8. Skip 7.0 and 7.1 test. PHPUNIT version not support.
