This PR bumps Codama and most JS dependencies. It also removes Ava as a testing framework in favour of Vitest as this is the direction we're taking for these JS clients. This is in preparation of adding tests for the "write" instruction to check if there's something wrong with its instruction data since Andy flagged an issue there on his latest video.
