Sprint 3 aims to;

Find a number of key execution points for filters and actions and divide into 3 areas (critical, important, can wait)
Refactor the current model and controller system to allow for dynamic creation of actions
Provide patches for the Plugin API Backend, Refactored Code, Sample Plugin
