Various fixes for namespaces and macros

• This PR corresponds to an issue with a clear problem statement.
  Qualified symbols from macro expansion use wrong namespaces with aliases #783 and Qualified symbols from macro expansion use wrong namespace for cross-namespace macro calls #784 and Cherry compiler doesn't resolve macro namespaces for qualified macro calls #786

• This PR contains a test to prevent against future regressions

• I have updated the CHANGELOG.md file with a description of the addressed issue.

Of these commits -- the transitive one is probably the most substantive change to functionality. I've definitely run into this a few times variously, but have always just worked around it by consolidating stuff into single namespaces with separated macros. I want to flag that it could have the most impact in terms of how many files it needs to search recursively.
