Maven helps you manage java dependencies easily.

Also would be better to change default source directory structure:

move:
src/ -> src/main/java/
test/ -> src/test/java/
data/ ->src/main/resources

delete:
lib/ (now handled dynamically by maven)


          add pom.xml
