This will add support for common .NET ecosystem files that are xml based.

Pull request overview
This PR extends XML syntax highlighting support in the Zed editor to include common .NET ecosystem project and solution files. All these file types are XML-based and will benefit from XML syntax highlighting and formatting capabilities.
Key Changes:
- Added four new file extensions to XML language configuration:
csproj,fsproj,vbproj, andslnx
