Add a SMD + through-hole version for the people who would like to order assembled PCBs with connectors. Rename the SMD-only initial version. Modify the orientation of Flash EPROMs for better verification.

Pins 37-39 of the connector were separated from other power supply pins, and specifically routed to the EEPROMs only. This makes it possible for the board to be used in all compatible devices. Other 3.3 V supply pins were added in order to lower the power network impedance.
