The
firmware-open/ec/scripts/deps.shfile tries to runmake git-configwheregit-configis defined infirmware-open/ec/. According to the current documentation, running./ec/scripts/deps.shshould work (running fromfirmware-open/) but instead leads to amake: *** No rule to make target 'git-config'. Stop.error. By adding acdthen thedeps.shfile can find theMakefile.
