Changes

Add French translations for Sword & Shield series cards.

Details

This PR adds French translations (name.fr) for Pokémon cards across the following sets:

  • Celebrations
  • Evolving Skies
  • SWSH Black Star Promos

Translations were sourced from official Pokémon TCG releases and verified for accuracy.
