This PR makes the following changes:

  • updates the following packages:
    • devDependencies
      • @types/node from 24.5.2 to 24.7.0
      • eslint from 9.36.0 to 9.37.0
      • typescript from 5.9.2 to 5.9.3
  • clear test warnings:
    • move ts-jest object from globals to transform in jest config
