pg_prometheus is unable to parse samples with single char label names which causes PostgreSQL/TimescaleDB to throw error: "ERROR: invalid input syntax for prometheus sample: Unexpected number of input items assigned: 1"
This commit fixes the sscanf() operation that parses the labels.
