Added Metabase support and Metabase export/import utilities

Workflow:

• Add an API key to Metabase from settings -> authentication
• Adding models and metrics to a "Savio Analytics" collection
• exporting the data using the export_data command
• importing the data onto a new metabase instance using the import_data command, after ensuring a "Savio Analytics" collection exists
