Fix a small regression from #638 , the `BuilderFieldsAlign` is not correctly binded to the `v-model` directive.
- The `CoreColumn` displayed the collapse arrow in the wrong direction - The `CoreSection` title wasn't vertical aligned with the button - Remove dead CSS code
