Add minimal package.json and make all classes exportable

Hi,

I am using your msg parser and had to modify it to be able to import everything with webpack.

import msg from 'msg.reader'

const reader = new msg.MsgReader(BUFFER)
const fileData = reader.getFileData()

I checked that the example still works
