fix: Better handling of midnight time

Extension of time from 23:59 to 00:00.

Extend functionality with a new sensor

Add new functions:

• new sensor entity to expose the next five upcoming HDO enable windows for CEZ Distribuce integration.
• updates downloader.py with utility functions for schedule parsing,
• extends README with usage instructions,
• adds an example configuration

• Updating time to 24:00 to fix the gap in time around midnight
