Implement snapshot.

- Save the last applied zxid to snapshot file to get rid of idempotency
requirement.
- Ask PulseFS to take snapshot by issuing POST request to
/pulsefs/snapshot.

@m1ch1 Now you can ask PulseFS to take snapshot by issuing POST request to /pulsefs/snapshot.

I verified the correctness of this by :

  • starting one server, creating nodes and taking snapshot and restart.
  • starting one server, creating nodes, taking snapshot and asking another server join in, they end up in same state.
