Can be avoided now given 0d04196.
Swift 6 doesn't allow importing executable targets. So we need to move testable logic into a framework.
This test has been inactive for the last 5 years and it doesn't run anymore.

I did this first in #6, but then merged that as a squash commit, which makes messy history. This is just re-doing that (with the latest upstream main)
