If LIBGIT_FOUND is not defined, this error will happen:

CMake Error at install.cmake:15 (if): if given arguments: "ON" "AND" Unknown arguments specified Call Stack (most recent call first): CMakeLists.txt:160 (include)

In CMake, if() already dereferences variable names.
