Peas are a crop added by Click For Hot Chicks.
Peas are considered a trellis crop, which means it can only be grown using a trellis. Trellis crops, however, do not require the player to plant them on farmland or connected to water, and can be placed vertically to save space.
Peas are harvested by right-clicking them, after which they return to an earlier crop stage instead of breaking. Mature pea crops yield 1 peas item when harvested by the player, which can then be eaten or used in cooking.
As a trellis crop, peas are immune to animal damage.
Pea vines have a chance to generate as a tree-climbing vine in forest biomes (biome dictionary type: forest, excluding savanna, coniferous, jungle, wet). They can only grow on wood blocks, not on leaves. They must generate in a low-light area.
Eating peas restores 1 hunger and 0.2 hunger saturation.
Placing a pea into a composter has a 65% chance of raising the compost level by 1.
Peas, like most other crops, can be used to breed villagers.
Peas can be used in cooking several food items.
